Davis Lab | Department of Biology | MIT

The Davis lab is working to uncover how cells assemble, regulate, and degrade massive molecular machines rapidly and efficiently. We apply a variety of biochemical, biophysical, and structural approaches, including cryo-EM and mass spectrometry to understand the detailed molecular mechanisms of these processes.

Ongoing projects in the lab focus on autophagy and ribosome biogenesis. Additionally, our lab directly develops and deploys novel computational methods to enable this work.

We are actively recruiting students and post-docs. If you want to solve hard problems and have fun doing it, please apply to join our team.
